Luonnon sylissä - In the Embrace of Nature -exhibition was photographed near my house in Seinäjoki, South Ostrobothnia. I move around with my bike and camera backpack driving around, and stopping intermittently on the small roads by the fields and in the forests.
When taking photographs, I do not seek, but find. Nature shows its soulful beauty in detail when one does not hurry by.
In this exhibition one can experience nature through images where I have strived for layers, shapes, beautiful colours as well as feelings and my own inner thoughts. One does not always have to go far to find and capture nature in photographs as the target might be next to the front steps.
