The exhibition describes artist Jussi Salminen's trip to the iconic Addams Family mansion where he documented the members of the peculiar family.

"I have had this idea for an exhibition for a long time". Salminen says, and describes his thoughts behind these works: "One of the first things that got me into photography was an exhibition I saw. The photographer had created a fictional film with cast and characters and an opening night poster even though the film itself would never be made.The exhibition inspired me to think about different alternatives and I decided to choose the Addams Family series, which intrigued me as a child.

This exhibition is my very first and I hope to bring out different ideas within photography in the future. "

The Addams Family is a fictional family that was created by American cartoonist Charles Addams in the 1930's. The cartoons were first published in The New Yorker magazine and later were made into television and movie series.
