Unia vai kaikuja - Dreams or Echoes, paintings

Dreams or Echoes is a study into night time landscapes and jouney into inner forests. Harhoja - Delusions, photographs

Signe Bee is a working group formed within Suomen Pimiötaiteilijat ry -Finnish Darkroom Association and consists of photography artist Jenni Haili, photographer and documentary film-maker Jaakko Kilpiäinen and darkroom artist Patrick Kuoppamäki. In their exhibition Harhoja -Delusions they present the unexpected, even somewhat mystical results from their dry plate experiments.

Markku Lehmuskallio is best know for his career as a film-maker. His documentaries and feature films often depict the Nenets, the Sami and other indigenous people of the world. Seija Rönkkö and Mikko Hentunen

Makki and Nakkara, photographs and stories

The works in this exhibition are built upon a series of Makki and Nakkara pictures during summer and autumn of 2021. The figures and shapes in the photos are handmade from various food items. The surrounding nature and forest is also visible in these works. The lead roles belong to Makki and Nakkara, pair of Bon Vegan sausages. The stories and pictures are inspired by daily events and surroundings. The exhibition opening on Tuesday December 7th from 5-7 PM. Kaimo - Dawning, optical illusions and spatial impressions, photographs

Tero Makkonen describes his upcoming exhibition Kaimo - Dawning: "In my photography the subject is often trees and water. I aim deeper than the eye, to the very experience of nature by using photographic means and also by fading out the photographic image. I have used multiple techniques to achieve new illusions and spatial impressions by utilizing the many possibilities of optics in photography. I use long focal length and often experiment with focus and sharpness to achieve the works."

Erakot vastoin tahtoaan - Involuntary Hermits

Susanna Lyly describes her upcoming photography exhibition : " I started photographing people who were living alone and got isolated due to Covid-19 pandemic in April 2020. I documented these random meetings. I photographed people in environments which were significant to them. Some got energy from nature, some wandered around the empty city streets. All of them missed other people. For most of them, living alone was hard, some were finding it little easier.

Antti Ylönen lives and works in Ii, Northern Finland. He is sculptor and photographer best known for his wooden sculptures. In the past few years sculpting has made way for photography.
