Concert " Olla"
Concert will include three compositions by Kalle Ylitalo. All three take different views on the theme of presence. Netta Madetoja and Senni Eskelinen will play the piece Olla for alto saxophone and kantele, a Finnish string instrument. Presence is a new work that will be played by Madetoja. In the piece Sade ja ukkonen music played by electric bass, vocals and soundscapes will be combined with contemporary dance movement by Kalle Ylitalo. Tickets 7 €.

Guillaume Gargaud and Eero Savela
French Guitarist Guillaume Gargaud arrives to Finland for the third time. In Laterna Magica he can be seen with trumpet player Eero Savela. Just before the pandemic the duo gave its first concert and recorded an album called Helsinki, which can be found on streaming services. Their collaboration was very fruitful and continues still. Savela and Gargaud share the love for free improvisation. They both love to work with new people and are interested in musical exploration.
