In his last years he was enchanted by Havanna and travelled there three times to photograph. Exhibition opening on Night of the Arts August 18th from 5-7 PM. This exhibition combines works by mother and son, Ukrainian Julia and Daniil Nemirovskaja separated by the ongoing war. Julia Nemirovskaja escaped to Helsinki last spring after Russia attacked her home country Ukraine. With her was the youngest child in the family while the rest of the family stayed in Kyiv.
